Adam is a passionately dedicated Instructional Designer with over a decade of experience using technology to drive messaging.

I can flex with some amazingly talented people to work on larger projects, though most of my work is done by myself in Vermont.

What We Do?

Hi there, I’m Adam!

I’ve been directly involved with the Learning and Development industry for over 25 years, starting out as a Corporate Training Facilitator and eventually becoming the Director at a large call center. A part of my roles and responsibilities was implementing, analyzing, and creating training materials for internal and external uses. I was managing about 30 direct employees with 64 indirect employees who managed over 1,000 employees in 4 US locations.

Post covid I found that it was time to shift gears and concentrate more on helping others as an independent freelancer.

Along this journey, I’ve been fortunate to work with some amazingly talented freelancers whom I can ask to join me and work on projects together for larger projects.

My usual workflow:
Step #1. To get the raw content from a client in any form that exists from their side (Raw Video, Slides, Docs, Brand Guides, etc).
Step #2. To identify goals and audiences.
Step #3. Instructional design and storyboard preparation.
Step #4. Graphic design and development in small pieces.

My development tools:
– Graphic design/prototyping: Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator, Canva, PowerPoint
– Course Development: Articulate Storyline/Rise, Adobe Captivate
– Animation/video editing: TechSmith Camtasia, Adobe Premiere/After Effects
– Audio editing: Audacity
