ABOUT THIS PROJECT

This course uses Storyline 360’s powerful triggers, variables and layers and reporting functions to create a new hire journey where they meet people that describe the importance of Information Security.  The course reports back to the LMS on incorrect answers and is driven by a narrative that stresses the new hire’s role within the organization.

OPPORTUNITY

The challenge is ensuring employees know WHY certain rules and regulations are in place for information security measures within a company.  When teaching the materials some trainers can become complacent, rush through areas and not explain the details as well as the could.  Missing information, not clearly addressing each point, and rushing through training due to time constraints can have a corporate ripple effect.

SOLUTION

Having the documented course outlined with video, narrations and interactive engagements allows the user to feel more engaged.  Having every stakeholder review and approve a module like this ensures all employees are calibrated with the same information and have passed the course in order to proceed to the next steps in their employment process.
